Colombian Food...

Is awesome! I haven't posted about food yet and what better way to start with food from where my family is from! I visited Bolivar in Chatsworth, Ca. I'm so lucky. This place is 3 miles from my house! Fast service and the food is excellent!! I can not stress that I do not visit this place often enough!!

Appetizer : Empanadas (Meat turnovers)
I love these!! I can eat six in one sitting!! To drink, a Colombiana (A soda from Colombia. I don't know how to describe the taste but I've been told it tastes like apples.)

Entree : Beef, Potatoes & Yucca topped with red tomato and onion sauce. A Side of white rice and an Arepa (A corn-patty)
